The opportunity
A dilapidated 81-acre peninsula - previously used as a military housing base - was in receivership. A planned luxury condominium project had failed and the receiver was looking to dispose of the property.

The solution
The site offered spectacular views and included an environmentally sensitive estuary overlooking Rhode
Island’s Narragansett Bay and Wickford Harbor. Therefore, we looked beyond the existing condominium plans and
saw a more optimal development solution: a neighborhood community with a seacoast village feel. The resulting 103-lot community, called Wickford Point, was fully sold, demonstrating our ability to recognize the inherent value in property, assess the potential risk and reward, and select
the optimal development solution.
