The opportunity
GDCo had been working with The Limited for years when
the company acquired some additional land and turned to GDCo to master plan the best use for the 900-acre site, and develop plans for a new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.

The solution
We provided turnkey service, from negotiating purchase,
sale and ground lease agreements to coordinating
approvals with government officials and completing construction. Through a public|private capital structure, we helped ensure the project’s infrastructure would be funded with a combination of private and municipal funds. The
Limited also contracted us to establish a system to help them identify suitable locations for stand-alone retail stores.
